Passion Growers’ Rose Color Guide Helps Find the Perfect Rose

Thursday, January 27th, 2011

Need help finding the perfect rose?  Then check out Passion Growers’ new color guide.  We are encouraging rose buyers to think about their rose purchases before giving traditional red roses. While red (and even pink) roses are a customary way to convey a message of love, we suggest that shoppers think about all of the possible messages that rose colors share.  For example, orange roses evoke energy and can indicate enthusiasm, desire and excitement. Giving orange roses can symbolize one’s passionate romance and share their excitement of the relationship with a loved one.  We also encourage flower buyers to choose colors that are meaningful to the recipient – if their favorite color is purple, why not consider buying lavender roses! In the end, the recipient will appreciate the intentional gifting and the underlying meaning.  Click here for all of the meanings behind rose colors.
